099 - new beginning.

Sooo, yes, I'm back home and I'm very confused. I just don't know what to think. I feel extremely satisfied to be back, but I also feel kind of stuck in my old life again (and I don't really want to).

The plan now is to study for half a year (and I mean -non-stop studying-) to pass an exam in order to get the job of my dreams. Just focusing on that, which means: no working, no partying and very little travelling... but that is how it's gonna be if I want to success.

So, I'll breathe deep, I'll do my best and I'll study harder than ever. Luckily or unluckily for me, I'm back in my parent's house, at least for a short period of time.

098 - dear scotland.

Sadly, this is my last Scottish Adventure entry. But you can see all my past ones [here].

Dear Scotland,

It really seems like yesterday when I first came here to live a new experience away from home, and now after one year and a half, I’m finally going back. I still can't believe that it is over for me. It feels great to see all my family and friends again. And yet, a little part of me feels empty. You filled up my heart in a way I can't even express in words.

Thank you to all the Scottish people for all the help provided, so I could feel at home. You have been very patience with me and definitely, the best thing has been the chance to meet many wonderful people, who are amazing and beautiful in their souls.

To my flatmates (the permanent and the temporary ones, including all the visitors), It has been a blast to share this experience with you. Thank you for those happy/crazy/funny moments and all the experiences shared. I am going to miss all the crazy party nights (and days), all the dinners, lunches and breakfasts with you, and of course, all the pampering, movies, sushi, music, bubbly drinks and game evenings! We made such a great team and I can’t thank you enough for helping me grow even more, for your unique friendship and for all your support in every moment! You have a special place in my heart! Without you all, this won't have been the same. I couldn't have had better company at home! So, I will miss you so much! You now have a home and a family in Spain, whenever you wish to come.
It's really hard to say good-bye, but then that means this was totally worthy! Scotland, you have all my heart! And I will miss you every second! Thank you for giving me so much. I love you and I will truly miss you!

See you all soon!

*No traduzco, pero feliz navidad a todos!

097 - last days in scotland.

Hi there guys!

Everything is a little bit crazy at the moment. The truth is that I didn't realize how many things I had to do until I started doing them.

Packing and cleaning is taking me ages. Too many stuff and just two suitcases to bring with me. Soooo, I have been decluttering and tidying everything... and washing and ironing... and going to the bank... and saying goodbye to everyone little by little... and doing christmas shopping... and finally pampering myself!

I don't want to worry about anything when I go back home in two days, so that's why I'm doing everything I can now. And I'm almost ready to go now. I still have tons of pictures in my computer to show you, but hopefully that will happen soon.

Now, I have to finish some errands, go to the post office, go to my last yoga lesson (in edinburgh) and then I will have sushi with my flatmates. C youu! xx

Aaaaaand, I'm finally back. It's been a difficult week, but all my stress is gone now! Here you have a video of my friend and me in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago (I recommend you to change the quality of the video in settings). I'll definitely see you tomorrow! xx.

Hey guys! I am so soooo sorry for not updating this week, it's been so busy since I came back from Bristol. The good news is that I have lots of things to share with you. But first of all, I forgot about this pictures I took in Notthing Hill when I went to London on my bday, so I'm going to star with them and then I will keep posting more pictures during the next week, yay! See you soon : )

092 - what life is about.

My last two months in Scotland are being completely awesome. I haven't stop one second and I'm trying to do as much as I can, from visiting places to spending time with the people that I love. I am enjoying every single minute of it (oh yes, even at work). I'm feeling extremely happy and even though it is going to be hard to say goodbye, I've accepted that this is just a wonderful chapter of my life and there are more great things to happen.

November is been absolutely crazy: halloween, my bday, london and now my friend Maria is here and we are going to spend some time together. First, we are going to stay at my place in Edinburgh for four days and then we are off to Bristol (and maybe somewhere else) until the end of the week. I am not gonna update, but no worries because I've prepared enough entries to keep you entertained. See u soon! xx M.

088 - brick lane part 1.

Such a wonderful place. I'm so happy we went there. Maybe it is not the typical place to visit in London. But the atmosphere was absolutely great. Besides, there was a sneaker festival the day we went!! haha, I didn't even know that existed. More pics to come!

087 - old spitafields market.

Hey there!

Had such a brilliant weekend in London. Perfect plan for my bday and so happy to share this great experience with my friend. I went to London 5 years ago and she was also there at that time in the same conditions as me. So repeating some years ago later with her really meant a lot to me.

I have tons of pics as you can imagine, So I'm going to share them little by little. On Saturday morning we went to Old Spitafields Market. It reminded me of a market you can find in Madrid (Mercado de Motores).
